@9to5Mac it's always been a lottery, My 13 Pro battery is great, but my 12 Pro went to 84% in 6 months. This is what you get when you want cheap batteries.
@oddjob @9to5Mac Same here. 12 pro was terrible for me, 13 pro was great and 14 pro is just as bad as 12. My 14 is as 90% right now. I charge using MagSafe every night
@9to5Mac I got my 14 Pro at launch day and mine is down at 93%
@9to5Mac 94% on Reg Pro, bought day of launch.

@9to5Mac I’m not having any noticeable issues. Also I have never looked at my battery health in my 14 Pro. The others I did constantly not this one. I get a new phone every 2 years so if it seems to be working why bother. ##

I’m Schrödinger catting this phone battery

@9to5Mac 93% on launch phone here, but my battery life has been disappointing since I got the phone, averaging 4 hours SoT
@9to5Mac mine has dropped to 96% from last October, who has more?
@9to5Mac 14Pro with 92% capacity at the moment. Had really sharp drops in the past 1-2 months, from 98% in Mai/June…
@9to5Mac I’m at 98% after a year. 14 Pro.
@9to5Mac I noticed that when using magsafe charging on the 13 and 14, battery health on both has been signifcantly better. it seems the AI for it is able to protect battery even better. my 14 pro still at 100%, 13 pro before it was at like 98%, and 12 I had though was like 87 after a year, that was last one I used lightning charging on,.

@9to5Mac iPhone 13 Pro used for 23 months is at 85% after 660 cycles

iPhone 14 Pro used for 11 months is at 87% after 376 cycles

I have never run any betas.

The 13 Pro and 14 Pro would have experienced similar usage to each other in their first 11-12 months as they were both my main device for that period…
