#kdrama #VIKI

I have always been aware of VIKI but believed it to be payment only before it was bought by Rakuten.

I have not migrated back to Firefox, yet, (no judgment please 😉) and safety is always an issue. I would love to watch some current/recent and older dramas that may not appear on NFx.

1. Is it safe?
2. Is it free?
3. I am a techno dummy, so is it easy to set up an account?

I just subscribed (7-day free trial) to Viki/Rakuten for a monthly subscription. A lot of the #kdrama crowd bought an annual pass. I may do that after a month if I see enough value. I really wanted to watch #MyLovelyLiar and I've been watching #Goblin with a #WatchParty on Sundays and I'll be away from home on a couple of upcoming Sundays. Really happy to be able to rewatch the earlier episodes and I may do the same with MLL. Definitely worth $8, so far!

My issue is that I already subscribe to 2 platforms. I want a completely free service ie no giving card details for a subscription to start after the free 7 day trial. I would be quite happy to watch/rewatch an older an older #kdrama, like #LegendoftheBlueSea for free

I used Tubi to watch Suits (the kDrama version) -- I don't know if that one is still available, but maybe they have other dramas. It's free with ads.

Thanks for the tip. There is another one out there called #Dramanice but not seen anyone mentioning it so no idea if it is good or bad.
