Got all my goals done for today.

1. Put away The Laundry Pile
2. Sensible meals / cooked dinner
3. Put a new screen protector on my phone (no bubbles!)
4. In bed winding down from 12:30

Goals for tomorrow
1. Continue food/coffee/hydration trajectory
2. Tidy my desk
3. Start organizing some Japanese study
4. 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats (starting small!)
5. If time go to home center (90% of clothes pins on clothes hanger are broke 😮‍💨) #DryAugust

Day 3/31 #DryAugust was a bit shit cuz of work

I got some of the stuff done today:

Did the fucking sit-ups, push-ups and squats 😩

Cleaned my desk 😇

Ate pretty healthy, cooked dinner, made banana bread

Also Ms. FoC tossed a research report on me to edit, so I will have to move Japanese study and home center to tomorrow 🫠

Also for tomorrow:
Take out garbage
Continue stuff above (exercise, cooking)
Sort out dnd DM stuff

Day 4/31 #DryAugust done

Dealt with a lot of stupid shit at work today, and spend a sizable part of the night doing pro bono editing for Ms. FoC😩

Did my habit-building exercise, took out garbage, and washed some linens

Saturday plans: will probably have to do final check of Ms. FoC report before getting it to translator (E to Thai).

Go to home center, prep some JPN study, and sort out my dnd game (i.e., all the shit I couldn’t do during the week). Exercise. Grocery/cook.
