Parents Defending Education (a misnomer if ever there was) sued this large Ohio school district to try and carve out a “right” to bully transgender classmates. This federal judge said no.

He reviewed the history of bullying and harassment of trans people and said that it’s reasonable for the school district to protect trans youth including discouraging intentional misgendering.
