@jack I remember the scene too. Wilson interrupts. Columbo sends Wilson off on a wild goose chase and Columbo gets to eat his chili .

@dancinyogi I actually remembered only very vaguely that Columbo resolved the issue elegantly and had to google the dialogue... ;-)

@dancinyogi I used to love #Columbo back when, so rather sooner than later I'll have to rewatch all of this.

There's been a little revival around here since #Wanda, an #indie band from #Vienna hit the charts with Columbo, the second single from their third album #Niente. The song is basically about a dysfunctional couple deciding to stay in bed all day and binge-watch, well, you guess what...

@dancinyogi Well, how could you? They may be quite a success in Austria, a moderate hype in Germany a few years ago, but in the US of A? Naah, come on...

Anyway, I like them a lot. And that song is an obscure little gem for Columbo lovers for sure :-)
