This is the publishing site for both 34 and Send Noobs.
34 is a general Diplomacy zine, mainly focusing on online Diplomacy but also containing content across the whole of the Diplomacy Hobby.
Send Noobs is aimed at novices to Diplomacy and is published as a sub-zine within 34.
