*The* highlight of the first day of the #ALPO conference for me was the push into wavelengths beyond 1.1 µm i.e. #ShortWavelengthInfraRed with cameras in the $1.5K range (yes, I checked on Ebay - the real, not the Chinese one - and there they are): Cook's talk begins at 3 hours 56 minutes. Quite a lot can be done in the #SolarSystem with such gear - here is his conclusions slide:
