The Wednesday of every International Celtic Studies Congress is set aside for excursions, giving attendees the opportunity to see historical sites and interesting landscapes in the region where the congress is being held.
I am, alas, not able to attend the congress in Utrecht this week, but I know I would have had a difficult time choosing from among the various excursion options.
(I'll have to ask friends which excursion they chose.)
Excursion Blurbs
Wednesday the 26th of July is excursion day at ICCS, and delegates may choose from a selection of 7 excursions. The cost for each of these excursions is 50 euro, except for Saint Patrick's Lost Chapel (40 euro), and Special Collections (free).
