@dangillmor My skim of it doesn’t raise the massive alarms mentioned in the techdirt article, but it is at best a sloppy piece of crap legislation.
@dangillmor Also, it’s not “poised to pass Congress.” It just got introduced in the Senate this week and referred to committee. Definitely more people should be aware of this loopy piece of legislation, but it has a long road to passage of Congress and subsequent submittal to the President.
