‘Stop calling it Twitter’ says guy who deadnames his own child – The Chaser

'Why won't you just accept X for who it is?'

The Chaser

@RushGirl @chaser

There may be a method to his madness if he's following a twisted version of the private equity model.
1. Buy company
2. Leverage it with debt
3. Sell it or have it declare bankruptcy

The problem is, the debt he's leveraging doesn't appear to be extractable for the investors.

Given that he paid $44 billion usd, and his 2018 Tesla bonus alone was $53 billion usd, he may simply have been (still is?) one of those children who played with toys by violently destroying them.

I really don't even want to speculate about this spongy sea-urchin, waste of time and I don't feel we all have a whole lot left.
Simply finally take matters in our hands and #EatTheRich
@RushGirl @chaser I don't understand the myth making around social media. It's literally just a website. anyone can host a website. Being popular doesn't make it special. There was no magic on the bird site except People, people are the magic.
Myth making brand loyalty makes as much sense as divine right of kings. I didnt mourn AOL or ICQ and I sure as fuck won't mourn 140 characters
@RushGirl @chaser the breakdown of communication usage may have been very deliberate- this is what we’ve come to
@RushGirl @chaser What a naive and “late to the game” observation :-) Should have asked this question a decade ago, and the immediate answer should have been, “this service mustn’t be privately owned or publicly traded”. Twitter-people still seem to be waking up to their drained swamp. Typical when you’re on the inside of a shit-show
