This was floating around somewhere and I had the urge to remake it at a higher resolution and with a more appropriate font.
(The original strip is "Calvin's Pitcher of Plague")

If you would like to make your own derivatives of this, here is the font I used:

@andrew holy fuck, Calvin invented raw water
@andrew Respect for Bill Waterson, some one who actually added to culture instead of leaching of it
@andrew don't know who that is but reblogged for Calvin memes
@andrew thank you for your service, your meme has been appropriated
@andrew Holy shit, that's Steven Crowder in the original meme? I've never seen him before so I didn't recognise him. I thought it was a random "no name" stranger 😭
@dahl @andrew Same! Since learning it was Crowder, I've never used that meme again.
@andrew i Guess Crowder is the guy on the original mĂȘme. What has he done which is not ok ?
@ciredutempsEsme @andrew A lot of honestly pretty typical right-wing talking head grifter bullcrap, so far as I'm aware. Like, a wide variety of it.
@OchotonidKnight @andrew thanks.
Yeah, Calvin mĂȘme it will be, now :)

@ciredutempsEsme @andrew On top of the awful right wing grifter stuff, he also goes to school campuses to “debate” and harasses students in the process.

Plus, if you Google him you’ll find that he was divorced in the past handful of years because he was abusive to his wife. He threw a big fit on air complaining how women shouldn’t be “allowed” to divorce their husbands.

@ciredutempsEsme @andrew The original picture said "male privilege is a myth"
@nliz @andrew well, that's the problem with being an old person young on social media. We don't know all the history.
@ciredutempsEsme As I mentioned elsewhere, media literacy is important. I never use a meme without researching its origin first, lest I celebrate the wrong ideas. A great place to start is https://knowyourmeme.com
Know Your Meme

Know Your Meme is a website dedicated to documenting Internet phenomena: viral videos, image macros, catchphrases, web celebs and more.

Know Your Meme
@nliz when i go there, i can't get out
@ciredutempsEsme NEVER visit TV Tropes, then!
@andrew I thought the idea was to put really absurd statements in there, that you still insist are true. Because that's what Steven Crowder does when he sits behind such a table.
@andrew I didn't realise that was Steven Crowder, honestly. I thought it was a clip from Billy Eichner and his series Billy on the Street: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Billy_on_the_Street

@andrew damn, you did a good job
@andrew Thanks! Which font did you use?
@andrew Thank you for your service, you and the person who re-did Suprised Pikachu in hi-res are the real MVPs

@andrew Changing your mind would be the last thing I would try to do.

German, cause the English Wikipedia article seems soft-pedaled by Crowder fans: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Crowder#Rezeption_und_Kontroversen
