#Bloomscrolling IRL: I'm waving to the livestream from the #CorpseFlower bloom today. Bucket list item: ✅

It was really so unusual and cool. Not quite as pungent as I expected--definitely a something-died-in-the-compost sort of thing though. They said when they open the room first thing in the morning, it reeks.

Next best thing there: #T_rex

And a bonus crown-of-thorns bloom.

Alas. The Wheaton #CorpseFlower has expired--or at least part of its cycle is over. I checked back on the livestream this morning and you can watch it collapse.

Glad I made the decision to go yesterday. Seize the day and all.
