AWanderingSorcererFor today's #SeiyuuSaturday, we're going to be looking at #ReinaUeda (b. 1994), who's been voice acting since 2012.
First up, we have Adelheid who premiered in 2017's #IsekaiShokudou. A ill princess who finds herself in the titular restaurant, Adelheid is one of the kinder characters of the series who gets her own romantic arc and whose sweet, gentle voice shows off the kind of character Ueda is known for.
In 2018, Ueda had a slightly creepier role with the mangaka Suzu in #ComicGirls. Her focus on horror manga is reflected in her ringu-like appearance and behavior but Ueda's performance helps bring out her kind nature.
2019 had Ueda give another loner performance as Miyako in #watashinitenshigamaiorita. Becoming an older sister figure to her sister and her group of friends, Ueda's Miyako is constantly on the edge of an emotional breakdown but still is trying her best. Just watch out for when she starts getting a bit too excited...
In 2020, Ueda voiced another Suzu (this one named Moe) in the slice of life anime #koisuruasteroid. The yuri-minded best friend of the protagonist, Ueda gets to show some more excitability during Moe's fantasies while still being a reliable source of comfort and having her own developments along the way.
Finally for Ueda, we have 2022's #isekaiyakkyoku where she voiced Eleonore, the tutor and fellow pharmacist to main character Pharma. Ueda doesn't have as much to do here as with other anime but she's still able to demonstrate her kind voice all the same.
