@StacieBee there was an argument years back that they're DELIBERATELY easy to spot because they don't want to waste their time with people who are smart enough to cause trouble later in the scamming process.
Although some of the FB scam ads these days, eg the #BedBathAndBeyond one, are convincing enough that almost the only red flag is "these prices are too good"!
