Learned today why the bike lane flexiposts on Percy St are so beat up. The garbage truck had two wheels in the bike lane and two wheels in the street, driving over every single flexipost as it picked up the trash. I know flexiposts are supposed to handle that, but some clearly do not come back straight or back up at all.
Is this the way garbage trucks are supposed to treat the bike lane?
