Okay, I've got another techy #help question. I recently purchased a #Dasung Link (newish eink screen that essentially wirelessly mirrors your smartphone's screen.) It's new tech, and the company hasn't really built out their English instructions/support very well, so I'm having a bear of a time. Without downloading invasive/creepy apps like #Google Home or SmartThings, how can I mirror/cast my #android Samsung #Flip3 screen to this device? I'm beginning to suspect I threw away $350. 😖
@Karstan I think Samsung built-in screen casting is called Smart View and would be what you would use. Here's a help article from Samsung on using it with a TV, should perhaps be the same process. Then connect via Bluetooth as well? Best of luck! https://www.samsung.com/sa_en/support/mobile-devices/how-to-mirror-from-your-samsung-smartphone-to-your-tv/

@DancingGeek Thanks James! I came across that article too. I'm afraid I don't have that app on my phone :/. And it looks like they removed support for it back in 2020 so it's no longer available in the Play Store. :/
@Karstan hmm, I was expecting there to be something built in to your version of Android, rather than needing an app. For example, in my phone's pull down menu I can add an option called Screencast that does this. Sorry the article didn't help.
