Baby's First NMM!
I have a lot of thoughts on this (which will follow up this post) but I'll start with the art

I thought I hated NMM. I think I still do? But I can't imagine this mini with true metallics, and moreover, I'm... really looking forward to painting NMM again? I'm excited at the thought of getting good at it, even just halfway decent.
It's a new skill, almost a new medium, and I could damn near feel my brain gaining new wrinkles as I worked through it (all while watching like 3 hours worth of Youtube tutorials on it). I am already a better, more skilled, and more confident painter. I'm gonna push that further.
I guess the point is that it's important (& feels good) to learn new things & challenge yourself, even if you kinda hate the thing you're doing? You can be proud of a thing you made even if you don't like it? I dunno. But if y'all have thoughts on anything I just said and/or ways to improve my next attempt, please, hit me with 'em.
