@JenMc @coyotebroad @smooz IIRC from what I was reading earlier they passed a law that required 'expiring' all mail in ballot requests after each general election. Previously I believe you could register to always vote by mail and that status was permanent. Quite possible that many of those affected have been receiving ballots by mail for decades, though I believe most voting administrators are making efforts to notify all affected.
