"Helpful" ratings ALSO mean that #CommunityNotes author is able to write more notes on more tweets

"Unhelpful" ratings hide that note from further ratings and reduce how many other notes that author can write.

So ratings on notes don't just affect that note, they create a feedback loop of more or fewer notes like that.
