what are good work cultures/environments you've experienced? and bad/strange/awkward work cultures?

i had been warned that my current workplace is a little "weird", and been seeing that. it's one of the reasons i want to leave, and hopefully my next jump will be to a better, more stable comfortable place.

covid/wfh/hybrid is definitely one of the factors and you don't really get to know other ppl very easily. an easygoing social environment is good, even for me, an introvert
