Tomorrow is Day 1 of testing new 1-rep max! I’ll do one session in the morning, the next session later in the day to give myself some recharge time. I’m going to do Overhead Press and Deadlift. Sunday will be Day 2 of testing with benchpress and squat! Current goal is to hit previously tested numbers - they’re old, I’ve had a few injuries since testing them, so breaking even shows full recovery!
