@ed It’s a fine way to push back against extractive practices, but I’m ultimately uninterested in profit-sharing from corporate AI as well as the social media companies for which we tried the same thing to no avail.

A lot of their profit comes from harmful activity and I want no part in it.

What I want is for any data I share on the #InternetCommons to only be used by tools and companies that honor those same principles of open sharing.
