@maxeddy as a recent user here, I am absolutely missing a simple wiki like table comparing server/instances in terms of features implemented. For instance, I'd like to find a server which allows >500char posts and search of one's toots. No idea where I can find that table.

@edolis It's tricky to compare features for sure. If you haven't seen the official instance list, that's a good place to at least start from.

@maxeddy those boxes do not specify much besides generic moderating policies. So I bet I should create an account first to check the implemented technical features?
Really a bad support for newcomers tbh.
