OpenAI has announced that its GPT-4 AI technology is now available for all developers with paid API access. The company plans to open up access to new developers later this month. OpenAI is also making more of its APIs generally available, including GPT-3.5 Turbo, Whisper, and DALL·E image generation. Additionally, OpenAI will retire older models that use the older Completions API starting from January 4, 2024, and developers using older ChatGPT embeddings models need to switch to the current text-embedding-ada-002 model by the same date.
