Are you a #IndependentContractor or #SoftwareVendor for the public sector? I would like to hear from you!

To be clear: not because I have any work / sales for you. Rather, the vendors and contractors I encounter through my work are absolute parasites.

It would be nice to hear from some actual humans.

@jcarlson well, I know a bit about the European side. And I do try to sell opensource GIS solutions to local governments ;-).

@jcarlson I'm not a contractor per se, but my employer is. We do state and local govt. GIS contracts in the US.
