I made a mistake and started doing proper pasta bolognese (although I added garlic and basil even though the recipe told me not to) and didn’t realize that it takes 2-3 hours to cook. I’m hungry now though so I gotta make something quick to fix that problem and then I can eat again later.
Also I gotta say, I’m making it with red wine and it smells friggin amazing so I assume when the time comes this’ll all be worth it in the end. It has to be. Everything depends on it.
