In SGE, Google’s AI response delivers answers to “best XY near me/in [CITY]” based on its own local listings product. Even if your website ranks # 1 for the search, it won’t show up in the AI response—but you’ll still be in the links below the response.
Roughly you have to have a listing with 4 stars or above and lots of info on it.
