Supreme Court reform needs to move to the top of the Democratic agenda in 2024.

This Court has relegated women, minorities and LGBTQIA people to second-class citizen status in a year; they rule FOR religion when the US is not a theocracy, and many Justices can be considered corrupt and compromised.

This Court is not representative of American demographics, political affiliation, nor values held in common.

The last three Justices perjured themselves during their confirmation hearings in vowing to uphold Roe precedent, and Kavanaugh also lied about sexual assault.

To whom are these Justices accountable as they rip apart the fabric we have come to rely on in our country? If what value is precedent if Justices funded by oligarchs can undo it?

It’s time for deep changes to this deeply flawed body.

Most straight people I know are absolutely sure that gay marriage is not on the chopping block.
