I made Char Siu Cauliflower from the Eat Voraciously WaPo Newsletter (gift link: https://wapo.st/3JC1s8t ), which required Hoisin sauce. Buying hoisin isn't happening in the local stores, so I found a recipe for which I had all ingredients (https://www.seriouseats.com/hoisin-sauce) and made it.

The Char Siu Cauliflower was delicious and will be repeated. So that will use some of my home made hoisin sauce. Any other recipes that use hoisin?
