my #sleep pattern slowly seems to be getting better. this is good news, because I'm (not so slowly) lowering the dose of #trazodone, the #antidepressant that helped me sleep as well.
I still wake up on the couch at 4:30 am or something like that, but I'm now able to go to my bedroom and easily sleep for a couple of hours.
I don't feel completely exhausted.
