Never got my download from #reddit, so I ran #PowerDeleteSuite to shred and delete everything on my account.
Will be deleting my account Jun 30.

I used that to not delete my tweets, but replace them with gibberish. Just my little attempt to poison their data set.
Also decided not to delete. I'm only using Reddit on PC with aggressive adblocking, and not interacting at all. Therefore just burning their resources.

hey, just a question, maybe you know something about it: can one delete the account and recreate it with the same username (and never use it), just to prevent someone from using the same username?

It'd be a race condition, but possibly so. I don't know if they put usernames on ice, though.
Maybe make a dummy one to test it. :D
