Nothing reminds me more of my #Filipino father than the sound and the taste of dipping pork rinds into a little dish of #vinegar and #garlic.
Sharing a little snack like that with my dad was always a happy moment.
For some reason, that sound, especially, is something that stuck with me from my childhood, and of course I love that taste. Vinegar and garlic and salt are in our blood, in our genes.
