#AppleTVPlus has ordered #Carême, a new French drama series starring #BenjaminVoisin & #LynaKhoudri.

Set in Europe in the 19th century, the series follows the story of #AntoninCarême, the world's first celebrity chef, who also became a spy for France as his talent and ambitions attracted the attention of powerful politicians, including #Napoleon.

The series is inspired by “Cooking for Kings: The Life of Antonin Carême – The First Celebrity Chef” by #IanKelly.
