We had more of the roasted vegetables with Ras el Hanout (homemade this time) but a different kind of fish dish. It was cod like yesterday but in a seasoned lemon juice marinade (I forgot so it was an ultra short marination 🤪), floured and fried first, and after that simmered in fish stock (I used dashi 👌🏻) with green chillies and chopped coriander. The fish was so juicy and flavourful, I loved it.
