Between 1994 and 2015 I lived in Texas a total of seventeen years. Suffice it to say, it's not my favorite state. I can think of three great things that have come from Texas: my labrador retrievers, Blue Bell ice cream, and Wade Goodwyn. When I heard of Wade's death, I felt like I'd lost a member of my family.
