Even the most impoverished need art in their lives. Soul is something you can't buy, but surely authorities can look for a way to monetize it.
I'm still guessing how to approach drawing this "dungeon". I will probably come with something tomorrow.

This sector contained several healthcare companies, but at some point in the past they all merged into a single faceless, burocracy ridden, company too big to really care for their customers nor their workers. Rogue doctors and nurses urban exploring abandoned labs and facilities for solutions an ossified system cannot deliver.
Think Brazil, but with healthcare.

A kosmodrome now irrelevant, the corps just stopped paying their employees after decades of preposterous profits, workers have organized and are ready to riot; they have the knowledge, the motivation, and highly explosive rockets. Someone on the Blues are going to regret abandoning them to their luck.
(Also, I've realized I've been rolling the Riot/Control clocks wrong all the time 🤦‍♂️)

Hazardous chemical pools, burnt earth, toxic foam, smoke that burns your lungs. Factories before humans. Production before health. Death before life.
Desperate inhabitants ready to make it all end even if it cost them their lives.
Finished the red sectors! Placed the wall surrounding it and the lifts to the higher sectors, and added the water routed between cards.

Surprised that I drew exclusively suits of hearts and clovers (the blue ones). It was an interesting mixture.
I found the Megadeck extremely useful and I think it could be an excellent addition to any cyberpunkish game to generate sectors and neighborhoods really fast.
Also, I love the Riot/Control clock mechanic (even if I missunderstood at firsr).
