@emiller interesting brother! I have some suggestions on how to pull more viruses out. Host decon is the biggest issue we face.

@raw937 Yeah, for now it's just a port of https://github.com/broadinstitute/CTAT-VirusIntegrationFinder to use all the nf-core goodness to support more platforms, but hopefully by getting it into the nf-core standard we can get more feedback from people! Alyssa's looking to support https://huttenhower.sph.harvard.edu/metaphlan/ next!
