First sales of turbot in France, the Netherlands & Portugal ⤵️
from March 2020 to February 2023, the weighted average first-sales price of turbot in France 🇫🇷 was 18,87 EUR/kg ➡️ +73% than in #Portugal and +7% than in the #Netherlands.

This month, #EUMOFA focuses on the consumption of European seabass in Italy, Portugal & Spain.
The prices analysis has shown that European seabass reached a three-year peak of prices in 🇮🇹🇪🇸🇵🇹 in the last 12 months.
