This has been a public service announcement after the #AlexLahey and #LizaAnne show I just was at, 10/10 would recommend(and it was a hell of a way to kick off #PrideMonth)
Please be advised that getting less than 5 hours of sleep after said concert before working a 10 hour day and putting in 21k steps decidedly does *not* rule, and in fact sucks
