Watching #ShinyHappyPeople 4 part #Dugger doc - this hit hard:

My former church wasn't this exactly (we didn't have a militia...), but its themes of authority, gender roles, and purity culture are familiar enough that it made all my muscles tense and I had to remember to breathe and consciously relax.
