"Three trains have crashed in India’s eastern #Odisha state, killing at least 288 people in the country’s worst rail disaster in 20 years.

Nearly 900 people were injured in the accident in #Balasore district, said Pradeep Jena, the state’s top administrative official. The cause of the horrific crash was under investigation."

This was somebody's mistake - the trains involved weren't even speeding. The victims never had a chance 😔
