Following Memes on #lemmy is sadly no good option, because the images don't get transferred via #activitypub
And thats for both directions, so if you comment on a post and have images attached it does not work eigher (tried from #mastodon)
If they fix the image problem though the experience is pretty good. The communitites just work like they do with #aguppe (https://a.gup.pe/)
