New Replicator order:

#TeaLadyGreyCold

Cold brewed, double strength

This concentrate can be utilized in my new cocktail

The Arnold Palmer In SpaceĀ®

50/50 tea and lemonade to taste

Pour over ice and add the spirit of choice. I'd probably start with a light rum

Advanced users may try muddling lime and fresh mint in the glass first

Check with your beverage advisor before advancing to Umbrellas or plastic Swords with chunks of fruit

*As yet untested YMMV

Can confirm

Delicious, even with cheap ass whiskey

I was lamenting the dearth of frogs in my pond to a friend

He asked me if I had seen any newts

Sadly, no newts

I did find this guy buried under a shrub today

Is this a newt?

@SecularJeffrey I like some cheap whiskey... And they might be giants. Maybe I'll go put on flood and drink some Rebel Yell... Solid plan.

@QueenOfCoffee

Good sippin spirits are different than mixies...sometimes they AREN'T Giants?

@SecularJeffrey truth. Cheap whiskey turns me into my grandpop. Next thing you know I'm mixing old fashioneds.
@SecularJeffrey seeing them this summer in Asbury Park! Can't wait!

My brother played that song at his wedding when he matched to the alter, lol. Perhaps more interestingly I worked for the Pixies as a local hand at their second show after they reunited in 2004. I got to watch them perform from the side of the stage in Mesa Arizona

Sounds like a great set of stories!

Hmm. It was the Mesa Amphitheater which is an outdoor venue shaped, as you might guess, like an amphitheater with grass terraces for the audience to stand or sit on. The loading dock to the stage is really annoying because you can only put one truck there at a time and they have to drive it like 250 feet backwards downhill around a blind curve. The weather was nice, I think it was in the low nineties and dry. (That's pretty nice in Phoenix) Work started around 10am I think, and I think I left after midnight, dead tired but proud. I made $150 that day working for a different theater that was putting on the show at this venue.

I remember loving the set. I guess someone saved it online: https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/pixies/2004/mesa-amphitheatre-mesa-az-7bd5d2e0.html

My brother's wedding was fun. It was April in a friend's backyard garden in Tempe. A bunch of my grandma's friends were getting ready for a 100 mile bike race the next day so they were all eating tons of Italian food, mostly lasagna and pizza.
