If so, I have a question....

Have you ever combined the #ADKAR and #OASIS models?
I feel like they fit together, but it's been a long, long day.

And if you have, or even if you haven't, what's your feeling on either/both combining with #SelfDetermination #Theory (#SDT, part of the #BehaviourChange toolkit)?

I feel like I'm either about to mine something golden, or disappear into a mineshaft of unknown twistiness...
