I'm starting to ahem, toot, on my #tuba again after a considerable hiatus.

So I had this #mouthpiece that played really well for me, and was was also dripping with sentimental value, as it was a gift from my jr high #band director.

But it was showing bare #brass and was generally unplayable.

I had it refurbished and plated in a groovy two-tone by Dan Friedman at https://mouthpieceplatingservice.com.

I'm just incredibly happy about this (musicians get a lot of mojo from this sort of thing).
