Dave MarquardtMy upgrade to #Fedora38 failed, so I did a reinstall. Part of that was to get #sway and start using #wayland, which, as an #i3 user, I've resisted. I installed the i3 spin, restored my files, and got i3 working. Logged out, started the sway environment, and other than 1 line in my i3 config with a weird regexp that sway didn't like, it just works! Very cool!
I also had to swap out i3lock for swaylock, and I had some problems with pavucontrol, which worked fine on #fedora37. Had some sort of hang requiring a hard reboot, not sure what happened there.
