In The God Committee, Kelsey Grammer wakes up with a toupee and Julia Stiles next to him, and I find the latter easier to believe than the former — but don’t let the rug on his head or his character’s silly name ( Dr. Andre Boxer) fool you; this is a film with heart, literally and figuratively.
