@etra One suggestion for reach on your post -- hashtags. Try adding hashtags to some of the languages and frameworks which are mentioned in your toot
Also, hashtags like these: JobSearch JobHunt GetFediHired and SeekingWork (I didn't put the hashtag in front bc I dont want my post to pull into these hashtags) Also, if you are a remote worker you can use the RemoteWork hashtag. If not, try a hashtag to signify your region/where you live
