Everyone else in the ENTIRE WORLD could tune in to see it from the comfort of their homes, but the locals can only listen to it on the radio.

Local broadcast blackouts are such bullshit.

I'm looking at you, #IndianapolisMotorSpeedway.

I mean, even if they could afford it and wanted to put up with literally half a million people packed into an oval, most of the population of Indianapolis still wouldn't be able to go to the #indy500.

Plus, it's not as if the INDIANAPOLIS 500 is an event that no one would attend if the residents of INDIANAPOLIS could just watch it on TV.

@ludibriumventis Wow. I lived in Indy for a few years, but I was never concerned about watching it, so I had no idea. That really stinks for local fans.
