In Sackett v. EPA, a suit filed by two homeowners who filled in wetlands on their property, the Supreme Court has drastically narrowed the definition of which wetlands qualify for federal protection.

@uspolitics This just illustrates how difficult it is to confront the environmental crisis with our current political system. Whatever pro-environment politicians might do in the present can just be reversed by someone else a year or two later.
